What this website stores
Request information stays in the open page while you work. If you select the save consent and press “Save”, your name, contact, request type, message and draft reference are stored in this browser’s localStorage.
Retention & deletion
A saved draft remains until you delete it using “Delete saved draft” or clear this site’s browser data. Avoid saving on a shared device. The website does not send a copy of your request to a server.
When you open email
“Open in email” passes the prepared message to your email app. You review and send it yourself. Once sent, your email provider and the SACCO handle the message under their own processes.
Calculators & tracking
Calculators run in the browser and do not send your inputs to the SACCO. This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or a server request database. The website host may keep ordinary technical access logs.
Help with your information
For information you sent to the SACCO, contact its listed email. For a draft saved on this device, use the delete control on the Self-service page.
Information to leave out
Never enter a PIN, password, one-time code, account number, ID details or other secrets. Any identity checks required by the SACCO should use its confirmed process.
